Graham Hodge

Coach to Consultants and Practice Leaders, Services Expert and Workshop Facilitator

Graham’s 36 year business career started in supply chain where he grew considerable experience as a supply chain manager for a paint division of Hoescht. He led the implementation of order processing and MRP solutions across the division, and was part of the team driving transformation of the manufacturing and warehouse operations.

He joined Hewlett Packard as lead consultant on manufacturing and supply chain systems for Unilever operating entities in Europe and the Americas. After setting up the first pan-European consulting team in HP, he moved into global sales management and drove HP’s global business with Nestle.

As HP grew its consulting business, Graham moved into roles as European Marketing Manager, Strategic planning manager and change manager for the European consulting business. His last role in HP was general manager of their 800 people consulting business in Northern Europe. In this role returned the business to profitability, growth, organisational processes and increased confidence and belief across the region.

On leaving HP Graham became General Manager and Head of Global Sales for an internet business owned by the world’s largest grocery manufacturers.

Since 2003 Graham has been an independent consultant, facilitator and executive coach .

Chris Stott

Chris is a highly successful and experienced consultant.

He’s worked with a number of blue chip companies, local authorities and other public sector organisations
including BAE Systems, BVT Surface Fleet, AgustaWestland and Network Rail and Costain.

He specializes in leading individuals and project teams through change using a holistic approach that recognizes the critical balance between project process and human behaviours. Particular areas of interest include; the skills and values of a successful project manager, creating project objectives from an unbounded vision/scope and the skills, attitudes and behaviours required to produce decision based project reviews.

Mark Hobson

IT services specialist , Change Management consultant and Sales Process Mentor – Thames Valley & London Based

Mark is an experienced sales manager with over 25 years working in the IT industry both in the UK and across EMEA. He has held sales and sales management roles at Hewlett Packard and Andersen Consulting building on his expertise in selling ERP systems, and management roles across EMEA at Unisys and Openwave Systems. At the latter he was responsible for changing the way sales teams engage with customers becoming far more strategic. He also founded a marketing consultancy which he grew to a healthy team of 18 before exiting.

His specialisation is in developing successful methods, culture change and processes for sales and services organisations, where he has an analytical approach to identifying success factors coupled with a pragmatic and personal style for the management and delivery of change.
