Kevin Howes:  Facilitator , Senior Consultant , HR systems specialist,

Kevin has more than 25 years delivering bottom-line results in blue-chip companies and SMEs. Much of his experience and successes have been in the financial services, IT, telecommunications, automotive and pharmaceutical sectors.

His clients tell him they like his informal, practical, straight-talking approach and his knack of quickly pinpointing where performance can be improved.

Allan James:Workshop Facilitator, Appreciative enquirer

Allan has delivered consulting and facilitation services to leaders and managers in a range of businesses . This has included the telecom, electronics, consulting and IT sectors as well as functional organisations such as HR, Supply Chain and Marketing. Prior to this he worked in the FMCG, Retailing, Telecom and Construction/ Civil Engineering industries.

He has focused his expertise in a number of areas: business strategy and planning; organisation design; managing organisational change; executive and manager coaching; Team development; business process improvement.
He has a Master of Science degree in Organisation Consulting and a Diploma in Management Studies. He takes a practical approach in working with clients and it is backed up by a sound knowledge of relevant theory.

Tony Bulleid:Facilitator 

He’s held the various positions of UK Managing Director, Vice President and Senior Vice President of EMEA in a number of the world’s blue chip companies.

Experience and successes have been in the ICT, Defence and Video sectors with growth achieved through both direct and indirect channels and across diverse geographic regions and complex product lines.

Tony has developed particular skills in energising sales and marketing individuals, teams or the whole enterprise.
He employs a powerful mix of sales tools, which he then customises to the unique requirements of the client. 
His approach is to “Begin with the end in mind”.  He'll often ask “What are the results you would most like to achieve? and 
 “What metrics can we use to measure our success?

Chris Stott: Chesire / Manchester based and travels extensively Wwide

 Workshop Facilitator

Chris is a highly successful and experienced consultant.
He's  worked with a number of blue chip companies, local authorities and other public sector organisations
 including BAE Systems, BVT Surface Fleet, AgustaWestland and Network Rail and Costain.

He specializes in leading individuals and project teams through change using a holistic approach that recognizes the critical balance between project process and human behaviours. Particular areas of interest include; the skills and values of a successful project manager, creating project objectives from an unbounded vision/scope and the skills, attitudes and behaviours required to produce decision based project reviews.


Chris Gamblin: Workshop Facilitator

Chris has been a Director and Senior Consultant for twelve years and has worked closely, and at senior level, with companies such as JCB, Mowlem, BAE Systems, and Vodafone.

He has worked with Government departments such as the MOD and in a variety of Housing Associations. Chris also partners with Manchester Business School and Liverpool University.

Chris was previously European HR Director for Northern Telecom, and UK (Sales) HR Director for Hewlett Packard. His experience is in Top Team alignment and Business Direction (Strategy Development). He is a specialist in leadership and culture development.

John Gloster-Smith: Workshop Facilitator

John has been developing leaders in business for the last 15 years since he transformed his own career from being a senior manager in private-sector education. He’s been a management consultant to almost every business sector of international and FT 100 companies.

He’s worked at developing leaders, coaching 1-on-1, and facilitating teams at all levels to board level, as well as organisational development. This has been supported by his own extensive investment in personal growth and in training in Gestalt and other process methodologies for personal and business transformation.

His style is focused and results-orientated but informal, with a strong ability to ask exactly the right questions that pick up the key issues and get to the heart of the matter, and to work with process, both in individuals, reporting lines and teams to help organisations bring about the desired change.

Bella Mehta:  Change facilitator and Diversity specialist

An executive and career coach with a strong track record in business as well as a highly skilled facilitator of individual and team change. An engaging speaker on equality and diversity issues, as well as the co-author of a best-selling business handbook, Bella appears often as a business commentator on television and radio.

Bella has a Diploma in Advanced Change Management, Facilitation and Coaching from the Institute for the Development of Human Potential and trained in Transactional Analysis Counselling at the Metanoia Institute. Prior to launching her own company, she was a management consultant for Deloitte Consulting and a Project Manager for BBC News.


    Kevin Barratt:  Facilitator 

    Kevin moved into training and consulting in 2001, after spending twenty years as a salesman, sales director and managing director in the IT industry. After graduating with a degree in Economics from the University of York, Kevin joined ICL as a graduate marketing trainee, before moving into sales. He then spent five years with Digital Equipment in various account management roles and a two-year

    period in sales management at Apple Computer. In 1990 Kevin

    joined the Rothwell Group as Sales Director. He was involved in a number of acquisitions as it moved from a reseller to a services business model, and then split off its software development business as a separate company, Symetris. Kevin joined Lancare, part of the Knowledge Group, a network solutions provider and software developer, as Sales Director in 1998, and stayed with the company when it was acquired by Synstar International.

    David Kelly: Change Agent

    David is an experienced coach, facilitator and change agent. For over 25 years he has worked with clients across the globe, often with multi-cultural teams. With Aventis Pharmaceuticals  for 18 years David held a variety of organisation development and people development roles. In 2003 he left Aventis to join a pharmaceutical consultancy to become their Head of Coaching & Development.

    Feedback from those with whom he has worked includes ‘exceptionally good at leading groups of people through learning experiences while focusing on team motivation’ (General Manager) and ‘an excellent change agent and an asset to any organisation going through change.’ (Area Sales Manager)

    David is a qualified NLP Master Practitioner, a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development’ and a member of The Association for Coaching.’

    Helen Chapman: York and London based

    Executive and Management Coach and Personal Resiliency Specialist

     Helen Chapman is an accredited psychological coach and trainer . She is passionate about helping leaders and team to be more effective and resilient in creative and innovative ways. She also likes to keep things as simple and straight forward as possible and ideally fun!  Her first booklet 'Being Resilient' beautifully captures her attitude to life and business, 'if we could stand back more often and imagine what a child might say or do, we might cut through some of our business and personal complexity'

    Helen has more than 22 years experience in large multinational organisations working in management and leadership roles in functions such as Research, Development, IT, Finance, Information and Knowledge management. She started her life as a bench chemist at Nicholas Laboratories, before moving to ICI and then GSK. She splits her time between Yorkshire and Hertfordshire enjoying the balance between the two and is currently working on her next booklet 'Being Effective'. 


    Sally Prescott: North West of England and London Based  

    Sally Prescott is a Learning & Development Specialist and ICF Accredited Coach - and has a real passion for life. With 22 years of energetic experience working in the service industry, Sally’s driving force lies in enabling people to reach their goals.

    Over a 14 year period at Forte Hotels Sally led teams to success for the benefit of both the hotel and individual employees at all levels. During this time, she was inspired to pursue a career in Human Resources and Learning & Development, and is a CIPD graduate. She has also worked for The Savoy, Intercontinental and Jumeirah Hotels - making a significant difference over an 8 year period.  Sally has led hotel teams to be dedicated in delivering customer service excellence and profitable performance.

    Coupled with her career, Sally has undertaken 18 years active volunteering for charity Radio Lollipop – providing care, comfort, play & entertainment to make seriously sick children’s stay in hospital a less painful experience. Dealing with worried and bereaved families has put life into perspective yet Sally still enjoys using her considerable skills to bring smiles to sad faces – she has a true zest for life.
