Microsoft and Waitrose, as well as leaders in the public sector, SMEs and entrepreneurs.

    Her recent book on communication excellence ‘Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) for Dummies’ is the top selling book on NLP. ‘Building Self-Confidence for Dummies’ was further launched in January 2006.

    As a professionally qualified coach, Kate works with a range of leaders and executives bringing about lasting change that adds to the quality of their lives.     Chris Gamblin:

    Chris has been a Director and Senior Consultant for twelve years and has worked closely, and at senior level, with companies such as JCB, Mowlem, BAE Systems, and Vodafone.

    He has worked with Government departments such as the MOD and in a variety of Housing Associations. Chris also partners with Manchester Business School and Liverpool University.

    Chris was previously European HR Director for Northern Telecom, and UK (Sales) HR Director for Hewlett Packard. His experience is in Top Team alignment and Business Direction (Strategy Development). He is a specialist in leadership and culture development.

     

    David Kelly:

    Change Agent, Leadership, Executive and Career Coach

    David is an experienced coach, facilitator and change agent.

    For over 25 years he has worked with clients across the globe, often with multi-cultural teams. With Aventis Pharmaceuticals  for 18 years David held a variety of organisation development and people development roles. In 2003 he left Aventis to join a pharmaceutical consultancy to become their Head of Coaching & Development.

    Recognised for his dynamic and energising style, David has a successful track record helping individuals, teams and organisation’s transform themselves from average performers to high performers.

    At a senior level David will work with the Leadership Team to help; them redefine their Mission, Vision and Values and develop a communication and implementation strategy to ensure others in the organisation ‘buy into’ these.

    Feedback from those with whom he has worked includes ‘exceptionally good at leading groups of people through learning experiences while focusing on team motivation’ (General Manager) and ‘an excellent change agent and an asset to any organisation going through change.’ (Area Sales Manager)

    David is a qualified NLP Master Practitioner, a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development’ and a member of The Association for Coaching.’

    Helen Chapman: Executive and Management Coach and Personal Resiliency Specialist

    Helen Chapman is a qualified and accredited psychological coach and trainer . She is passionate about helping leaders and team to be more effective and resilient in creative and innovative ways. She also likes to keep things as simple and straight forward as possible and ideally fun!  Her first booklet 'Being Resilient' beautifully captures her attitude to life and business, 'if we could stand back more often and imagine what a child might say or do, we might cut through some of our business and personal complexity'

    Helen has more than 22 years experience in large multinational organisations working in management and leadership roles in functions such as Research, Development, IT, Finance, Information and Knowledge management. She started her life as a bench chemist at Nicholas Laboratories, before moving to ICI and then GSK. At GSK she led multi-national project and programme teams, a consultancy team focusing on driving organisational change and complex international groups before deciding to set up her own coaching and development company.

    She splits her time between Yorkshire and Hertfordshire enjoying the balance between the two and is currently working on her next booklet 'Being Effective'.
