Allan James: Facilitator and World / Knowledge Cafe specialist


During the last 25 years, Allan has facilitated workshops
with leaders and managers in a range of businesses and functions across the world.
This has included the telecom, electronics, consulting and IT sectors as well as
functional organisations such as HR, Supply Chain and Marketing.

Allan designed and facilitated a knowledge cafe based conference of 120 managers in Toronto. The client was the internal function responsible for the development of intellectual property within a global consultancy. The objective was to the select five major projects which would be funded and delivered over the upcoming year. The result of the two and a half day event was that the five were selected, fleshed out at a high level and project teams were formed from the conference membership.

Allan also designed and ran a meeting of 60 people, comprising the management teams of two organisations about to be merged. The objective was to design the new organisation which included the functions, purposes and organisation structure. This was achieved in two days by people who knew that they might not have a job at the same level in the new organisation.


Chris Gamblin:Workshop Facilitator,  Business Planning Specialist


Chris has been a Director and Senior Consultant for twelve years and has worked closely, and at senior level, with companies such as JCB, Mowlem, BAE Systems, and Vodafone.

He has worked with Government departments such as the MOD and in a variety of Housing Associations. Chris also partners with Manchester Business School and Liverpool University.

Chris was previously European HR Director for Northern Telecom, and UK (Sales) HR Director for Hewlett Packard. His experience is in Top Team alignment and Business Direction (Strategy Development).
