How to develop Appraisal Skills as a Manager

Appraisals Training
We think that Appraisals
offer great opportunities to:
 - Give (and get) constructive feedback
- Align the organisation

 - Reflect on what has gone well
... and what could be better
 - Motivate team members
 - Set objectives
 - Plan future development

Our 1-Day Appraisal Training Course also aims for "No Surprises" at appraisal time.

Our Appraisal Training Course looks at Performance Management system
that surrounds the appraisal, as well as training managers in the skills
to conduct the actual appraisal review itself .

TESTIMONIALS

quoteA current client recently said of Peter Miller-Smith

“He has that wonderful balance of knowing when to challenge and when to leave you be….

He helps me to think the unthinkable, challenge my assumptions and givens, and really focus on what is holding me and my company back.

His coaching has helped the business enormously in developing management skills, improving communication up and down in the organisation, but most of all reminding me to focus on what is really important."quote
