Ron Irving: Director Coach, Experienced Executive Coach, Business Mentor
Ron has been a management consultant for the last fifteen years working
in the UK, Europe and the Middle East. His specialism is Board Level
Executive Coaching and Mentoring. Born in Glasgow, Ron was educated in
Scotland, gaining a degree in Business Management from the Scottish
Business School.
His focus is directed at helping individuals grow and develop within their business, through intense one to one sessions. Ron assists the individual to set the agenda according to her or his own needs, so they are dealing with their real concerns and issues.
His style is to partner with each client in setting goals and outcomes to ensure there is a direct impact on the performance and effectiveness of both the executive and the organisation. So all aspects of work including relationship management, dealing with stress and balancing conflicts in lifestyle are open to examination.

Peter spent much of his career as an executive with 3M Corporation, with nine years in Brussels, the USA and The Netherlands running a number of different businesses.

John has been developing leaders in business for the last 15 years since he transformed his own career from being a senior manager in private-sector education. He’s been a management consultant to almost every business sector of international and FT 100 companies.
He’s worked at developing leaders, coaching 1-on-1, and facilitating teams at all levels to board level, as well as organisational development. This has been supported by his own extensive investment in personal growth and in training in Gestalt and other process methodologies for personal and business transformation.
His style is focused and results-orientated but informal, with a strong ability to ask exactly the right questions that pick up the key issues and get to the heart of the matter, and to work with process, both in individuals, reporting lines and teams to help organisations bring about the desired change.

Bella Mehta: Executive and Career Coach
An executive and career coach with a strong track record in business as well as a highly skilled facilitator of individual and team change. An engaging speaker on equality and diversity issues, as well as the co-author of a best-selling business handbook, Bella appears often as a business commentator on television and radio.
Bella has a Diploma in Advanced Change Management, Facilitation and Coaching from the Institute for the Development of Human Potential and trained in Transactional Analysis Counselling at the Metanoia Institute. Prior to launching her own company, she was a management consultant for Deloitte Consulting and a Project Manager for BBC News.

David is an experienced coach, facilitator and change agent. For over 25 years he has worked with clients across the globe, often with multi-cultural teams. With Aventis Pharmaceuticals for 18 years David held a variety of organisation development and people development roles. In 2003 he left Aventis to join a pharmaceutical consultancy to become their Head of Coaching & Development.

Helen Chapman: York and London based

Helen Chapman is an accredited psychological coach and trainer . She is passionate about helping leaders and team to be more effective and resilient in creative and innovative ways. Helen has more than 22 years experience in large multinational organisations working in management and leadership roles in functions such as Research, Development, IT, Finance, Information and Knowledge management. She started her life as a bench chemist at Nicholas Laboratories, before moving to ICI and then GSK. She splits her time between Yorkshire and Hertfordshire enjoying the balance between the two and is currently working on her next booklet 'Being Effective'.
Sally Prescott: North West of England and London Based

Sally Prescott is a Learning & Development Specialist and ICF Accredited Coach - and has a real passion for life. With 22 years of energetic experience working in the service industry, Sally’s driving force lies in enabling people to reach their goals.
Over a 14 year period at Forte Hotels Sally led teams to success for the benefit of both the hotel and individual employees at all levels. During this time, she was inspired to pursue a career in Human Resources and Learning & Development, and is a CIPD graduate. She has also worked for The Savoy, Intercontinental and Jumeirah Hotels - making a significant difference over an 8 year period. Sally has led hotel teams to be dedicated in delivering customer service excellence and profitable performance.
Coupled with her career, Sally has undertaken 18 years active volunteering for charity Radio Lollipop – providing care, comfort, play & entertainment to make seriously sick children’s stay in hospital a less painful experience. Dealing with worried and bereaved families has put life into perspective yet Sally still enjoys using her considerable skills to bring smiles to sad faces – she has a true zest for life.
