These practical half day sessions developed by experienced corporate coaches will introduce you to core coaching competencies combined with easy to use coaching techniques.
After attending a session you will be able to share a coffee break with your people to coach a real business issue to move it forward within 30 minutes.
In each action-oriented and enjoyable session, you will focus on a typical business challenge, build your coaching skills, experience coaching others and being coached.
You will leave the session confident to use the tools immediately with your people as well as feeling good about your own challenges.
The programme is offered in four modules that build and develop your skills over the sessions allowing time for in-between practice and shared learning.
